There are a few things to remember while attending a Red Rooster swinger’s party. Most rules are common sense. If you are unsure of anything, ask an attendant.

Rule Number 1:  Make friends, socialize, and have the best time of your life at The Red Rooster!

Privacy:  This is a private home. Please do not come outside of party hours. We value privacy. No Means No. Show respect and class and have fun!
We don’t allow Cellphone or Camera use at The Red Rooster. That is in order to protect the privacy of others.
The Red Rooster is strictly BYOB. Bring your own booze!
All booze must be checked at one of two serving bars. We provide coffee, filtered water, and these mixers: Coke; Diet Coke; Sprite; tonic; club soda; ginger ale; and orange, cranberry, and grapefruit juices.

Smoking:  To better serve the sexy people attending our parties, we have designated an outdoor patio area that is perfect for the beautiful Spring, Summer, & Fall evenings and we have large heaters for the Winter. All for the comfort of our people who enjoy smoking!

Upstairs:  The second floor is for couples only. To be a couple, you must be a man and a woman, and come to the party with your partner. Couples are expected to stay together when they go into the couples area. One person may go down to the bar to get drinks, but is expected to return upstairs as soon as possible. There is no smoking or drinking in the play rooms. This area is only open Friday and Saturday.

BYOB:  You must bring your own alcohol. If you forget, we can direct you to a liquor store in the area.

No Means No:  No touching without permission. If you ask someone for a phone number, to dance, or to play and they say no, don’t ask again. NO means NO! If they change their mind, they will ask you.

Drugs:  No Drugs of any kind on the Red Rooster property! This includes in the parking lot. Any drug use will result in you being asked to leave.

Parking:  We have plenty of parking with an upper level, and a lower level parking lot. Parking is FREE and secure.

Group Room:  Everyone is allowed in the Group room. The Group Room is a play area, and a voyeur area. If you are in the group room and not playing you are NOT allowed on the beds. If you are standing and watching then please do it quietly. Once you are done playing please leave quietly. No drinks or smoking is allowed in the group room. If you take towels in the group room pick them up as you leave. This room provides a lot of excitement!

Lockers:  We provide lockers for small valuables behind the front serving bar. The bartender keeps the key and you get a number to remember. We also provide larger lockers to the left of the indoor pool. You may use your own lock or rent one from the front for a $10 deposit. This is returned to you when you return the lock. Any private lock left on after the party will be removed.

Closed Doors:  If a bathroom or bedroom door is closed, it must remain closed. Do not attempt to enter these areas as they may be occupied. If you are unsure, ask an attendant.

Age Requirement:  You must be at least 25 years of age or older to attend parties at the Red Rooster. No exceptions.
